  • Be introduced to rituals and practices that can enhance your inquiry, exploration, intuition, sense of fun and imagination
  • Experience a supportive community that enhances your experience through story-telling, mirroring and sharing of intentions.
  • If interested, sample different types of meditation, Tai Chi, poetry, yoga and visual art

Why Nature?

Research has shown that simply being in nature enhances the positive emotions of joy, awe, optimism and courage. The energetic waves found in nature are those found in the human brain when in deep meditation. Nature de-stresses us and reminds us who we truly are.

Nature allows us to walk our talk, to choose a different path, to experience getting lost and finding our path again. Those lessons come from listening to our bodies, hearts and souls.

Nature allows us to sharpen our senses and to have a more expansive, deeper and slower experience. Nature doesn’t judge us or make meaning for us or nudge us in any way. Nature simply is – and in relationship to nature, we can test ourselves, listen to our inner voice and listen to what nature might even tell us about ourselves and our next steps, life phases or paths. We come from nature – it is our home.
