In 2010, Kayser Ridge donated two nights and three days for a fundraiser in support of Takoma Children’s School (TCS), a progressive year-round preschool serving 2- to 5 year-old children and their families with part-time through full-day options. Proceeds from the auction are used to fund financial aid for families who otherwise could not attend TCS.
The school’s outstanding teachers and staff provide a nurturing, safe, and fun-filled environment that fosters creativity and a love of learning through play and exploration. TCS values each child’s unique needs and contributions, as they foster social, emotional, physical, and thinking skills that children will need and use throughout their lives and is committed to celebrating and reflecting the diversity of the community.
