AI Through a Polarity Lens: Coach, Client, and Workforce
March 19 @ 11:15 am - 12:45 pm EDT
In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping every facet of work, relationships, and for some — even the understanding of what it means to be human. For executive coaches, this technological surge presents both exciting opportunities and significant challenges. Developed exclusively for ACTO, this session will help you navigate challenges and opportunities of AI, while staying true to the human-centric principles that form the cornerstone of effective coaching.
This session will use the lens of Polarity Thinking, an approach to leveraging interdependent tensions that all of us humans experience – and have potential to leverage. For your coaching practice and client outcomes, exploring some key polarities that underlie the AI frontier will help harness the benefits of AI (such as increased efficiency and data-driven insights), while at the same time safeguarding against AI’s inherent biases and massive potential to compromise ethics, on-scale.
As executive coaches, we’re uniquely positioned to lead in the transformation of organizational cultures as AI tools become more prevalent. So, this session directly aligns with the mission and vision of ACTO by addressing how AI is impacting the practice of coaching and the broader workforce. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for engaging clients in conversations about AI’s impact, preparing them to navigate the evolving work environment, and addressing issues related to bias, ethics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We’ll embrace the hyper-paced advancements of AI while championing enduring values of coaching. Together, we’ll ensure that as AI continues to transform workplaces, we’ll be fully present, visionary, and deeply human.
And the best part may be the gift of presence we provide in 90-minutes to one another in these uniquely challenging times — a “small island of coherence in a sea of chaos” (Ilya Prigogine).
For 90-minutes JOIN US on “coherence island” to explore how we Coaches can best support shaping human betterment in the age of AI.
